What is the ruling on purchasing an apartment with an insufficient amount, borrowed from banks at interest?

We thank the questioner, may Allah reward him, for observing the limits set by Allah. We ask Allah to grant him steadfastness and assistance in purchasing a house. As for guiding him to someone who can lend him money, this is not available. However, he can resort to Islamic banks, if they exist in his country, and engage with them in a Murabaha sale as an Islamic alternative to an interest-based loan.
