How is the inheritance divided among the father, mother, wife, daughter, full brother, full sister, son of the full brother, and two sons of the full paternal uncle?

If the deceased leaves behind only a father, a mother, a wife, a daughter, a paternal uncle, a paternal aunt, a paternal grandfather, and a paternal grandmother; then the mother receives one-sixth, the father receives one-sixth, the wife receives one-eighth, and the daughter receives one-half. The remaining portion is taken by the father by virtue of ta'sib (residuary heirship), and the remaining heirs receive nothing due to being excluded by the father through exclusion of deprivation (hajb hirman). The inheritance is divided into twenty-four shares: the mother receives four shares, the father receives four shares, the wife receives three shares, and the daughter receives twelve shares.
