The remaining portion goes to the full brother and full sister by ta’sib (agnatic inheritance), with the male receiving the share of two females. The paternal brothers and sisters receive nothing, as they are excluded by the full brother through complete deprivation (hajb hirman). The inheritance is divided into eighteen shares: the daughter receives nine shares, the son's daughter receives three shares, the full brother receives four shares, and the full sister receives two shares.
