What is the ruling on a woman going to the mosque on ordinary days of the year?

A woman's going out to the mosque to perform congregational prayer is permissible on all days, whether for the five daily prayers or Jumu'ah, provided that the শরী'আ-compliant conditions for her going out are met, such as her not wearing perfume, not adorning herself, and not mixing with men. As for her going out for Eid prayer, it is Sunnah if the same conditions are met. Nevertheless, it is better for a woman to pray in her home absolutely, because it is further from temptation.
