Must one, who was unaware that delaying a make-up fast is sinful, repeat the make-up fast, and must one, who was unaware of the obligation to give expiation as food, repeat the expiation after having given it as money?

Your making up for the missed fasts (qada') is valid, and you are not required to repeat it. You are also not not obligated to offer expiation (kaffarah (definition)) as long as you were unaware of the impermissibility of delaying the make-up fasts. Paying the expiation in money is permissible according to the Hanafis and those who follow them, even though we issue fatwas that it is obligatory to give it as food. Therefore, that expiation does not need to be repeated.
