What is the authenticity of the Bedouin's hadith who came to ask the Prophet, peace and blessings be upon him, about what would enrich him in this world and the hereafter, and it states: "Fear Allah and you will be the most knowledgeable of people; be content and you will be the richest of people"?

This wording has not been found in the collections of Hadith except in the book Kanz al-Ummal by Imam Ala al-Din, narrated on the authority of Al-Suyuti. Its chain of narration is weak due to the anonymity of Abu Hamid al-Misri's teachers. Nevertheless, some of what is mentioned therein is supported by general principles and authentic hadiths.
