What is the ruling on offering a gift to one's wife, inviting her for dinner outside the home, traveling, or doing other things on the anniversary of their marriage?

"Originally, gifts are desirable because they increase love and remove ill-will from the heart, as the Prophet, peace and blessings be upon him, said: 'Give gifts to one another, for indeed, gifts remove ill-will from the heart.' As for giving a gift to the wife on the occasion of a wedding anniversary, or inviting her for dinner outside the home or traveling for this occasion, that is among the practices of the disbelievers, and a Muslim is required to oppose them."
