Is the use of cosmetic products called "Contouring" to slim and highlight the face considered an alteration of Allah's creation, and if so, does this ruling apply to all cosmetic products that beautify features, such as eyebrow pencils or blemish concealers?

It is permissible to use cosmetics if four conditions are met: that they do not cause harm to the user, that their use does not involve imitation of non-believing women, that no impure substances are added to their composition unless in a negligible, consumed, or transformed proportion, and that the woman does not display herself adorned with them before non-mahram men. This is not considered altering Allah's creation because it is not permanent or lasting, similar to henna and wars (safflower). It is permissible to use eyebrow pencils and creams that cover blemishes, as long as there is no deception involved. As for creams that temporarily whiten the skin and wash off, there is no harm in them, unlike permanent skin whitening.
