What is the ruling regarding the obligation of blood money (Diyya), or fasting for two consecutive months, or expiation by feeding the poor (Kaffarah), for someone who accidentally caused a man's death while driving, as a result of being overcome by drowsiness?

If a man dies due to your hitting him, and this is known by circumstantial evidence and signs on his body, then you must pay the blood money (diyah) to his heirs and emancipate a slave. If you are unable to emancipate a slave, then you must fast for two consecutive months. If you are unable to fast, then there is a difference of opinion among scholars regarding moving on to feeding the poor.
