Is a handsome man sinful because women are tempted by him, whether he intends to cause temptation or not, and is he sinful if he adorns himself without such intention?

A man does not sin by his beauty or by beautifying himself with what the Sharia has permitted, because the Sharia has not commanded men to hide their adornment from women. However, it is not permissible for a man to intend to incite fitna (strife/temptation). If he is extremely handsome and this results in fitna, then he should not adorn himself in front of them, or he should change his appearance, or distance himself from the place where fitna occurs.
