Is it permissible for a woman to insert semen into her vagina without her husband's knowledge in order to achieve pregnancy?

A husband is not permitted to prevent his wife from conceiving and having children. It is forbidden for him to practice coitus interruptus (azl) with her without her permission due to the harm it entails. If the husband refuses, he should be advised and reminded of his wife's right. If he does not comply, she has the right to seek a divorce due to harm (darar).
