Should a latecomer (masbuq) say the opening takbeer (takbeerat al-ihram) to complete the missed rak'ahs after joining the imam in congregational prayer?

The opening Takbir (Takbirat al-Ihram) is a pillar (rukn) that is performed only once at the beginning of the prayer. If one delays it, the prayer becomes invalid. It is not prescribed to repeat it. As for the Takbir of transition (Takbirat al-Intiqal), one does not say the Takbir when standing up from the middle Tashahhud, because this is not a place for Takbir. Rather, its place is after the second (rak'ah), and therefore, one stands up without Takbir.
