The answer

Proceeding with this marriage is impermissible, as it falls under the category of play and belittling the sacred institution of marriage, placing it in an improper context. Allah Almighty says: "And take not the Verses (of Allah) as a jest (or a mocking)" and "And never will Allah grant to the disbelievers a way (to triumph) over the believers." Furthermore, a disbeliever is not to be trusted, and it is impermissible for a Muslim woman to marry a disbeliever by consensus. Marriage is among those matters whose serious intent is serious, and whose jest is serious. Therefore, it is not permissible to embark on such an act under any circumstances. One must fear Allah and ask Him to relieve distress and grant lawful sustenance.
