As for continuous gas leakage, if it is constant such that it does not stop for a period sufficient for ablution and prayer, then the ruling for continuous discharge applies to you. You should perform ablution after the Fajr prayer time begins, then pray the Sunnah prayer before the obligatory prayer, and there is no need to delay it. However, if the gas leakage stops regularly for a period sufficient for ablution and prayer, then the ruling for continuous discharge does not apply to you. If ablution is invalidated after the obligatory prayer, then purification is necessary to perform the Sunnah.
