Is the inheritance distributed only among family members, or do two brothers of the deceased father have the right to participate in the inheritance, given that the father died before the mother?

Brothers from the mother's side do not inherit from the deceased if there are children, a father, or a grandfather.

If the father leaves behind his mother, wife, and children, his mother receives one-sixth, his wife receives one-eighth, and the remainder is divided among the sons and daughters, with the male receiving the share of two females, and the brothers receive nothing.

Matters of inheritance are complex and sensitive, and a mere fatwa is insufficient. Instead, they must be referred to the Sharia courts for investigation and consideration of any wills, debts, or other rights that take precedence over the inheritors' rights.
