Is it permissible to publish the Holy Quran in a script other than the Uthmani script, and does this apply to verses accompanying short recitations? What is the reward for publishing the sayings of the Messenger of Allah (peace and blessings be upon him)?

The fundamental principle is to write verses according to the Uthmani script. Malik was asked about writing the Mushaf (Qur'an) and he said: "Only according to the first writing." Ahmad said: "It is forbidden to deviate from the Imam's Mushaf." However, some scholars have permitted writing the Qur'an in a script other than the Uthmani script when there is a need.

As for the dissemination of prophetic hadiths, there is immense reward in it. The Prophet (peace be upon him) supplicated for those who convey his hadiths. It also contains the reward for guiding to good and the reward of those who act upon it. However, one must be cautious about spreading fabricated hadiths and verify the authenticity of what is published.
