Is it permissible to be named with names such as "Kalimatullah" (Word of God), "Ayatullah" (Sign of God), or "Ruhullah" (Spirit of God)?

The sacred texts encourage good names and forbid bad ones. The Prophet, peace and blessings be upon him, changed bad names to good ones. The appellation "Kalimatullah" (Word of Allah) is specific to Jesus, peace be upon him, because he was created by the word "Be" without a father, and the speech of Allah is an uncreated attribute, so it is not permissible to name anyone with it. "Ayatullah" (Sign of Allah) is a title that should not be used due to its potential for incorrect meanings and its popularity among the Shi'a. "Ruhullah" (Spirit of Allah) is specific to Gabriel and Jesus, peace be upon them, in honor and veneration of them, due to the uniqueness of their creation.
