How many angels are with a Muslim and what is their function?

Angels accompany humans from the beginning of their formation in the womb until their death, and then in their grave and the Afterlife.

In this world (Dunya): 1. The Angel Appointed to the Womb: An angel appointed to the womb records, by Allah's command, a person's provision, lifespan, deeds, and whether they will be wretched or سعادت. 2. The Guardian Angels (Hafaza): Angels who protect humans from dangers and harm by Allah's permission. However, when destiny (qadar) arrives, they withdraw from them. 3. The Noble Recorders (Kiraman Katibin): Two angels who record a person's deeds: the one on the right for good deeds, and the one on the left for bad deeds. The angel on the left may delay recording a bad deed for six hours; if the servant repents and seeks forgiveness, it is not recorded.

Thus, a person is accompanied by four angels: two for protection, and two for recording deeds.
