Is it permissible to exercise in a sports club that plays loud music, knowing that all clubs impose music and there is no time available to go to a club that does not use it?

It is impermissible to engage in sports in places where music is present. One must keep away from such places, and love of sports does not justify listening to forbidden music. If it is possible to attend at times when there is no music, then one should do so; otherwise, one should avoid it. Headphones often do not prevent hearing the music, and merely being present in the place contradicts denouncing the evil in one's heart, as denouncing it in one's heart entails staying away from the place of evil if one cannot change it. Allah Almighty said: "And He has already revealed to you in the Book that when you hear the verses of Allah being denied and ridiculed, do not sit with them until they engage in another conversation. Indeed, in that case, you would be like them." This is unless it is possible to denounce the officials in a way that removes the evil.
