What should I do concerning neighbors who do not pray in the mosque, given that I have advised them and distributed da‘wah tapes to them?

One should continue advising and reminding those who are being invited [to Islam], for calling to Allah is better than the world and all that is in it, as stated in the Almighty's saying: "And who is better in speech than one who invites to Allah and does righteousness and says, 'Indeed, I am of the Muslims.'" It is recommended to diversify methods of da'wah, such as distributing tapes, brochures, and magazines. If effort is expended, then the aversion of those invited does not cause harm, for guidance is in the hands of Allah alone, as He says: "Indeed, you do not guide whom you like, but Allah guides whom He wills," and His saying: "O you who have believed, upon you is [the responsibility of] yourselves. No one who has erred will harm you when you have been guided."
