Is the neighbor of the mosque who is late due to its imam and muezzin, and does not lead the worshippers in prayer due to his shyness and stuttering in reciting the Qur’an, sinful?

Do not delay going to the mosque out of fear of leading the prayers if the Imam or Muezzin is absent, because you are a neighbor of the mosque and your presence encourages others. Always attend the mosque; if the Imam or Muezzin is present, you are relieved. Otherwise, call the Adhan and lead the people in prayer. Rely on Allah and be sincere to Him, for success in recitation comes by Allah's permission. The Messenger of Allah (peace be upon him) said: "There are no three in the wilderness or in a settlement among whom prayer is not established but that Satan overtakes them. So cling to the congregation, for indeed the wolf eats the isolated sheep."
