Is it true that whoever regularly observes the Sunnah prayers (12 rak'ahs) will have a house built for them in Paradise by Allah, and does this change if the Dhuhr Sunnah is missed due to work circumstances and the unavailability of a prayer area for women at work?

Whoever misses some of the regular Sunnah prayers due to an excuse, we hope that he will be rewarded for them, based on the Prophet's (peace and blessings be upon him) saying: "If a servant falls ill or travels, Allah records for him what he used to do when he was healthy and resident." It is not a condition for a woman to have a special place for prayer; rather, she prays wherever it is easy for her, based on his (peace and blessings be upon him) saying: "The earth has been made for me a mosque and a means of purification." The important thing is to perform the prayer within its prescribed time.
