Is it permissible to agree to complete the marriage with a man whose family and mother reject this marriage without legitimate reasons, and if I agree, is it permissible to marry him without the mother's consent, presence, or even knowledge?

Allah Almighty enjoined upon humanity to honor their parents, especially the mother, due to what she endures and suffers during pregnancy and breastfeeding. The young man must try to appease his mother regarding marrying the woman he desires and seek the help of those who can influence her. If the mother insists on refusing and has a valid reason, and the young man will not be harmed by abandoning this marriage, then he must obey his mother and forego marrying the girl. However, if her refusal is unjustified or due to stubbornness, and the young man would be harmed by leaving her, then he may marry her, and then exert his effort to appease his mother.
