What is the ruling on specifying a deferred dowry for the wife of forty gold dinars (mithqal), if the prompt dowry is three million Iraqi dinars?

There is no objection to the wife requesting a small dowry if the husband agrees to it, based on the Almighty's saying: "And if you wish to replace a wife with another and you have given one of them a qintar [a great amount of wealth], do not take anything back from it. Would you take it [back] in injustice and manifest sin?" However, the Sharia encourages making dowries light and not exaggerating them, as stated in the hadith: "The most blessed of women are those who are the easiest to support."
