Is it permissible to force a girl to wear the hijab if that leads to her aversion to the religion, abandoning prayer, and perhaps secretly taking it off?

A girl must cover her entire body after reaching puberty, except for what is disagreed upon, such as the face and hands. The guardian must accustom his daughter to the hijab before puberty and compel her to wear it upon reaching puberty, using good means such as reminding her of the virtues of hijab, encouraging her, and rewarding her, while ensuring she associates with righteous girls and supplicating for her. If she refuses, he must compel her to wear it, just as he would discipline her for abandoning prayer. He must also monitor her, enjoin good, and forbid evil with wisdom. He is not held accountable for what she secretly does, such as abandoning prayer or removing her hijab. Allowing her to display her adornment under the pretext of her aversion to religion is a satanic trick. Rather, he must take care of her with nurturing and discipline, commanding her to do what is obligatory upon her with gentleness, kindness, and supplication. There is a situation in which gradual enforcement of the hijab is permissible.
