Is the money by which the husband increased his profit share without the knowledge of his partners unlawful?

It is not permissible for a partner to take anything from the company's funds or profits that is not stipulated in the contract, except with the permission of the other partners. Nor is it permissible for him to allocate himself a commission or brokerage fee for the company's work without their knowledge. Whoever does so must repent and return their partners' shares to them.
