Is it permissible to take $200,000 from the total profits without the partner's knowledge, given that he had previously taken this amount and denies it, and refuses to terminate the partnership?

It is not permissible for a partner to betray his partner and take a portion of the profits without his knowledge, because that invalidates Allah's blessing in the partnership. The profits are divided according to the agreement, and it is not permissible for any partner to take more than what was agreed upon. If a partner takes more than his share without the permission of his partner, he must return it, and this is considered a betrayal. If the partner denies this, and he is entrusted, then his word is accepted regarding the amount of profit and loss, unless there is evidence to the contrary. A partner may terminate the contract whenever he wishes, as long as it does not cause harm to others.
