Is the plant that resembles a round, white piece of meat, and is said to cure all diseases by placing it in a sealed red container with the Qur'an, water, tea, and sugar, then drinking it after 12 days, a reality or an innovation?

The superstitions you mentioned are not permissible to rely upon or to seek healing through; they are neither from empirical medicine nor from the Qur'an and Sunnah (definition). There is no difference between a red and a black container. The condition of intention is conceivable in spiritual medicine through ruqyah (definition), but not in this context. Placing the Qur'an as a cover for this container is a desecration of it. This action is an innovation (bid'ah), and therefore, it must be avoided.
