What is the authenticity of this Hadith: "The Angel of Death looks at you 360 times a day, awaiting a command from Allah to seize your soul," and is it permissible to publish and circulate it?

The hadith, "The Angel of Death looks at the faces of people seventy times every day. When the person to whom he was sent laughs, he says: 'How astonishing! I was sent to take his soul, and he is laughing'," has not been narrated in the books of the people of knowledge. It is a fabricated hadith mentioned by Al-Suyuti in "Jami' Al-Jawami'" and cited by Ibn 'Iraq in "Tanzeeh Al-Shari'ah Al-Marfoo'ah 'an Al-Akhbar Al-Shanee'ah Al-Mawdoo'ah". It is not permissible to disseminate fabricated hadiths without clarifying their weakness, as the one who does so is complicit in lying about the Prophet, peace and blessings be upon him. Therefore, a Muslim must verify the authenticity of hadiths before spreading them.
