How sound is Hadith No. 1392 in Al-Mustadrak by Al-Hakim regarding women visiting graves?

Scholars have differed regarding women visiting graves, holding three opinions: prohibition, disapproval (karahah), and permissibility. The opinion of prohibition has been previously favored. Among the arguments put forth by those who permit it is the hadith of Aisha, may Allah be pleased with her, when she returned from the graveyard and said: "Yes, he had forbidden it, then he commanded visiting them." Those who prohibit it responded to this hadith by stating that Aisha did not actually go out to visit, but rather passed by her brother's grave, or that it was her ijtihad (independent reasoning) which does not contradict other hadiths that prohibit women from visiting graves, or that her statement is general and does not specifically pertain to women.
