Is it necessary to repeat the ghusl if some of the used ghusl water falls into the water container from which one is performing ghusl after making the intention, or is the ghusl valid?

Uttering the intention is not legislated; its place is the heart. The ghusl is valid because scholars differed concerning water used in obligatory purification. Some said it is pure and purifying (ṭahūr), while others said it is pure (ṭāhir) but not purifying. According to the second opinion, used water does not lose its purifying quality if a small amount falls into purifying water, due to the difficulty of avoiding it and the widespread affliction.
