The answer

Truthful statements, in themselves, are permissible to transmit in principle. However, the ruling on their dissemination differs based on the benefit or harm that results from it. The safest approach – if it's not possible to control this – is to avoid disseminating sayings of Buddha or others worshipped besides Allah the Almighty, in order to remove ambiguity and eliminate doubt, and to suffice with what has been mentioned in the Book of Allah, the Sunnah of His Messenger, and the sayings of the imams of guidance.
