Is it permissible to eat from restaurants that serve alcohol?

It is not permissible for a Muslim to sit at a table where alcohol is served, nor to eat in restaurants where alcoholic beverages are sold and consumed. This is because doing so increases the number of wrongdoers and shows approval of their actions. However, it is permissible to eat there out of necessity, provided one sits at a table where there is no alcohol, or chooses times when the forbidden act is not apparent. If one knows that the hosts of a feast are committing a forbidden act but one does not see or hear it, then one may attend and eat.
