Is it permissible to allow restaurant customers to bring bottles of wine with them and drink them inside the restaurant, given that the restaurant serves only halal food and does not sell wine, and that the current liquor license will not be renewed after its expiration?

The restaurant owner is religiously responsible for the sins that occur therein, such as the prohibition of alcohol. He shares in their sin if he was able to change the evil and did not, or was able to leave the gathering and did not. Allah has commanded the denunciation of evil. And among the characteristics of the servants of the Most Merciful is that they do not bear false witness, and among the meanings of false witness is drinking alcohol. Therefore, alcohol consumption should not be permitted in the restaurant.
