The answer

Scholars have differed on the ruling concerning photographs. Some have prohibited them, while others have permitted them. However, they all agree on the prohibition of images if they display what is impermissible to be seen of a woman's body.

Therefore, if the aforementioned photographs display forbidden parts of a woman’s body, they must be destroyed. Keeping them entails sin. The wife must destroy these photographs as part of her repentance, and the husband must assist her in this. If they exert their utmost effort and are unable to destroy them, the sin falls away from them and is borne by the mother alone.
