What is the ruling for a woman who experiences continuous istihadah (non-menstrual vaginal bleeding) throughout the blessed month of Ramadan, and how should she perform Wudu, prayer, and fasting in this situation? And what should she do to perform Umrah if the time for prayer begins during the tawaf and she cannot perform Wudu due to the crowd? Is Wudu required for her to perform the Qiyam prayer?

If a woman experiences continuous bleeding throughout the month, she is considered to have Istihada (non-menstrual vaginal bleeding). She must perform ablution (Wudu') for each prayer after its time has begun, and she can pray the obligatory prayer and as many supererogatory prayers as she wishes with that ablution until that prayer time ends. If a woman with Istihada performs ablution for Tawaf and then the prayer time for which she performed ablution expires, she must repeat her ablution. According to the Maliki school, a woman with Istihada is not required to perform ablution for every prayer; rather, it is recommended. This opinion offers leniency during extreme crowding, but it is safer to be cautious and repeat ablution when the time expires to absolve oneself of responsibility. Regarding the night vigil prayers (Qiyam), if a woman with Istihada performs ablution for the 'Isha prayer after its time has begun, she is permitted to pray the obligatory prayer and as many supererogatory prayers as she wishes with that ablution until the 'Isha prayer time expires, unless she experiences another impurity besides her continuous condition. This ruling applies if the woman with Istihada does not find a period of time within the prayer window that is sufficient for her to perform purification and prayer. However, if she does find such a period of time, she must pray within that time.
