What is the ruling on purchasing electrical appliances, furniture, houses, or cars from the wealthy for the poor, provided that the amount is repaid with an increase (interest)?

It is permissible to sell tools in installments if the owners of the capital first purchase them and take possession of them, bearing the responsibility for their destruction or return due to defect. However, if they lend their price to buyers and then collect it in installments for a higher amount, this is prohibited usury (riba), due to the words of Allah Almighty: "O you who have believed, fear Allah and give up what remains [due to you] of usury, if you should be believers. And if you do not, then be informed of a war [against you] from Allah and His Messenger. But if you repent, you may have your principal - [thus] you do no wrong, nor are you wronged" (Al-Baqarah: 278-279). The Prophet, peace and blessings be upon him, cursed the one who consumes usury, the one who feeds it, its scribe, and its two witnesses.
