The answer

We advise you to turn away from whisperings (waswas) and not to pay attention to them. If you are certain that drops of urine are exiting, then act according to what is stated in Fatwa no. 118465. There is no blame upon you for praying with the feeling of abdominal discomfort. If the exiting of wind is continuous, then your ruling is that of one afflicted with سلس (incontinence); you perform ablution after the entry of the time for prayer and pray the obligatory and supererogatory prayers with this ablution, as stated in Fatwa no. 97134. What you are doing, which is waiting until the drops of urine cease, then performing ablution after the entry of the prayer time, and not caring about the exiting of wind, is correct and obligatory. It is not permissible to delay prayer beyond its prescribed time. Some scholars, such as the Malikis, excuse the washing of urine or feces from the body and clothes if it accompanies you once or more every day.
