Is playing card games with a computer considered as prohibited as playing them with real people? And what should a person do when they are subjected to having their money and possessions taken and their goods thrown on the ground under the name of "the system"?

Playing cards is permissible so long as it is not for a prize and does not lead to the loss of a right or hinder one from an obligatory duty. As for the state confiscating and tampering with a person's money, it is impermissible if it involves corruption or destruction of the money, unless the money is counterfeit, or if the disciplinary action for violating regulations does not involve corrupting the money, in which case there is no harm. Violating regulations is impermissible, especially if it serves a public interest. Obedience to the ruler in this matter is obligatory for the presumed benefit and to avoid harm. It is preferable for a Muslim to adhere to the regulations and not overstep them.
