The answer

It was previously explained that a repentance that fulfills the conditions is accepted by Allah, no matter how great the sin, even for a disbeliever if he embraces Islam. Allah Almighty says: (Say to those who disbelieve, if they cease, what has passed will be forgiven for them) [Quran 8:38]. The penitent should increase in supererogatory acts and make up for missed obligatory duties, and have good thoughts of Allah, especially at the time of death, for the Prophet (peace be upon him) said: "Let none of you die except while he has good thoughts of Allah." Allah is Oft-Forgiving, Most Merciful, accepting of repentance, and the servant should worship Allah in accordance with these Names.
