What is the ruling on insulting worship to oneself, even though one is not held accountable for inner thoughts?

"Self-talk" is among the things Allah the Almighty has overlooked, as the Prophet, peace and blessings be upon him, said: "Indeed, Allah has pardoned for my Ummah whatever evil thoughts or self-talk crosses their minds, so long as they do not act upon it or speak of it." This is a relief and kindness from Allah, because it is a difficult matter from which hardly anyone escapes. This is further indicated by the verses: {Allah does not burden a soul beyond its capacity}, and {Whether you disclose what is in your minds or conceal it, Allah will call you to account for it}. Accountability is not for involuntary whispers and self-talk that a person cannot دفع, but rather for the good or evil that a person acquires through actions that fall under religious obligation. Therefore, if reviling worship or religion is merely a fleeting thought and self-talk, the servant will not be held accountable for it, unless he utters it, acts upon its implications, or it settles in his heart as a firm belief.
