If the forum is not specialized in publishing prohibited content, nor is it dominated by it, but rather some prohibited content is displayed therein, then there appears to be no impediment to participating in it. Permissible participation in this type of website is not considered forbidden assistance. However, if there are websites entirely free of objectionable content, then participating in them is more befitting, while obligating oneself to lower the gaze when prohibited images appear.
