Is it permissible, Islamically, to display advertisements on a website that contain pictures of unveiled women, knowing that these pictures are not pornographic?

Publishing pictures of unveiled women is impermissible, because a woman's appearance with her awrah exposed, which Allah has commanded to be covered, is forbidden by Sharia, as stated in His Almighty قول: "And not display their adornment except that which is apparent, and let them draw their veils over their bosoms." A woman's exposure of her hair, chest, and similar parts is forbidden. It is also forbidden for the questioner to publish pictures of unveiled women, as this constitutes aiding in sin and transgression, and due to His Almighty statement: "And cooperate not in sin and aggression."
