The answer

Welcome to Islam, and we ask Allah to keep you steadfast. Try to invite your husband to commit to Islam and its obligations, for Islam considers you a caller to others. Be inspired by the Mother of Believers, Khadijah, and Umm Sulaym, may Allah be pleased with them, in strengthening the hearts of those around them and inviting them. If your husband is negligent in prayer, strive to invite him and make abundant supplications for him. If you do not see improvement from him, and you strongly believe that you will find someone better than him, then consider divorce. However, if your husband completely abandons prayer, then it is not permissible for you to remain with him, because abandoning prayer is disbelief. Be patient with the hijab, for it is the path to Paradise, and with patience and faith, its difficulty will transform into comfort.
