What are the comprehensive works that compile the sayings of the jurists regarding Fiqh issues?

Comprehensive books are those that collect the sayings of the madhhab's adherents on most issues. Examples include: Al-Mabsut by Al-Sarakhsi and Badai' Al-Sanai' by Al-Kasani in the Hanafi school; Al-Nawadir wal-Ziyadat by Ibn Abi Zayd and Al-Bayan wal-Tahsil by Ibn Rushd in the Maliki school; Al-Hawi by Al-Mawardi and Nihayat Al-Matlab by Al-Juwayni in the Shafi'i school; and Al-Furu' by Ibn Muflih and Al-Sharh Al-Kabir by Ibn Abi Omar in the Hanbali school. There is no single book that encompasses all issues of fiqh within any madhhab, but these works cover most of them, and any deficiencies are supplemented by other books.
