Is it wrong for a Muslim to work in a governmental institution if that is better than engaging in usurious business dealings?

A rule cannot be established that usurious matters affect the private commercial sector more than the governmental one. Therefore, it is permissible for a Muslim to work in any sector as long as the work is lawful, and it is not permissible for him to work in a forbidden job in any sector whatsoever.
