What is the ruling on teachers exceeding limits in grading by giving students more than they deserve?

The female teacher must fulfill the trust in teaching, assessment, and grading with justice, giving each student the grades she deserves, without increase or decrease. It is not permissible for the teacher to increase a student's grades simply because she has good behavior, as behavioral grades are separate from academic grades. Likewise, it is not permissible to increase a student's grades to appease her, as this is an injustice to other students and a betrayal of trust. If the teacher realizes she has wronged a student, she must seek her رضا (satisfaction) and give her only her due right, without an increase that compromises justice or causes students to lose trust in their teachers.
