The answer

It is not permissible for a teacher to give a student grades they do not deserve, because that is an act of betrayal and injustice, and the teacher is responsible for those under their care. Allowing students to cheat, favoring them in grades, or making questions easier for them to pass, is a betrayal of the Ummah (Muslim nation), leading to the graduation of holders of fake certificates. This is a reason for the backwardness and weakness of Muslims. This act is forbidden, and the teacher must denounce it. If the administration does not respond, then the teacher must leave this forbidden work. Al-Bukhari narrated from Ma'qil ibn Yasar that the Prophet, peace and blessings be upon him, said: "Any servant whom Allah entrusts with a flock and does not protect it with his sincere advice, will not smell the fragrance of Paradise." Muslim narrated: "Any servant whom Allah entrusts with a flock, and he dies on the day he dies while betraying his flock, Allah will forbid Paradise for him." An-Nasa'i and Ibn Hibban narrated that the Prophet, peace and blessings be upon him, said: "Indeed, Allah Almighty will question every guardian about what he was entrusted with: did he protect it or neglect it? Until a man will be questioned about his household."
