How is the inheritance distributed among a mother, a daughter, and three full brothers of the deceased?

If the deceased has no heirs other than a daughter, a mother, and full siblings, the inheritance is divided as follows:

For the daughter: One-half as a prescribed share, based on the Almighty's saying: "And if there is only one, she will have half." For the mother: One-sixth as a prescribed share due to the presence of a number of siblings, based on the Almighty's saying: "But if he has brothers [or sisters], the mother will have a sixth, after any bequest he [may have] made or debt." For the full siblings: What remains after the shares of the daughter and mother, by way of residuary inheritance, to be divided equally among them, based on the saying of the Prophet (PBUH): "Give the prescribed shares to those who are entitled to them, and whatever remains is for the closest male."

Cases of inheritance must be brought before the Sharia (definition) courts for investigation to ensure there are no other heirs, wills, debts, or rights that take precedence over the heirs' rights.
