How authentic is the Hadith: "When a servant commits a sin, it is not written against him until he commits another sin..."?

This hadith is not found in the well-known Sunnah collections and was not mentioned with a chain of narration (isnad). Rather, Abu al-Layth al-Samarqandi mentioned it without an isnad in his book "Tanbih al-Ghafilin" (Awakening the Negligent). This book is not reliable in this regard due to its inclusion of many fabricated and weak hadiths. In summary, this hadith is not authentic.
